Meet our executive leadership team:

	Kevin Kleinschmidt President Kevin Kleinschmidt co-founded Energy Plus in 2007. Previously, Mr. Kleinschmidt was Managing Director of Partnership Marketing and Strategic Planning for Barclaycard US (formerly Juniper Bank) and also held positions at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan.
	Steve Barnes Chief Financial Officer Steve Barnes joined Energy Plus in 2009. Previously, Mr. Barnes was Managing Director and CFO of Novitas Capital, Director of Finance and Investor Relations at Voxware, Inc. and a Manager at KPMG. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a CPA.
	Megan Basilio Managing Director of Strategic Market Development Megan Basilio joined Energy Plus in 2009. Previously, Ms. Basilio held senior marketing positions within the financial services industry at Barclaycard US, First USA and Bank of New York. She holds a BS from the University of Delaware in Finance and Marketing.
	Paul Frantz Chief Marketing Officer Paul Frantz joined Energy Plus in 2007. Previously, Mr. Frantz held senior marketing positions within the financial services industry at Barclaycard US, First USA and American Express. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BS from Cornell University.
	Joanna Hamrick General Counsel and Managing Director of Regulatory Affairs Joanna Hamrick joined Energy Plus in 2008. Previously, Ms. Hamrick was a partner in a defense firm handling environmental and commercial litigation and also served as senior counsel in major energy litigation. She holds a JD from the University of Houston and a BA from the University of Texas in Austin. She is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and Texas.
	Joe Holtman Managing Director of Wholesale Supply Operations Joe Holtman joined Energy Plus in 2010. Previously, Mr. Holtman held senior positions within the energy industry at Liberty Power, Con Edison, Orange and Rockland and Mirant. He holds an MBA in Financial Management from Iona College and a BA in Physics from the State University of New York.
	Jeff Nicolo Managing Director of New Business Development Jeff Nicolo joined Energy Plus in 2007. Previously, Mr. Nicolo held senior sales positions at partnership development organizations Alliance Companies and The Kessler Group. He holds a BS in Economics from Saint Michael’s College.
	Hugh Scott Chief Information Officer Hugh Scott joined Energy Plus in 2010. Previously, Mr. Scott held executive positions in both North America and Europe within the energy, telecommunications and banking industries. Mr. Scott joins Energy Plus from Direct Energy Residential where he was Chief Process Officer and VP of Information Services. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Warwick University.
